SELLERS CAMPAIGN
When the real estate market heated up, DE wanted to target buyers, of course, but they were also extremely cognizant of the other half of real estate equation – the sellers. So we created a campaign reminding them that not only could they get an amazing price for their second (or third) homes, but that could translate into meaningful life experiences.
LOCAL BILLBOARDS
Real estate is all about location, location, location. Including where you put your billboards. DE wanted to target affluent buyers in specific neighborhoods.

This holiday season campaign leverages that knowledge and passion to celebrate the city as the gift that it is in a campaign that organically reminds us NYC is the Present.
A layered concept with tension built into the line through its dual meaning – NYC is what’s happening right now (it’s thriving and bouncing back from the pandemic) and NYC is a wonderful thing you should enjoy for yourself.
This concept gives our realtors license to interact with their customers and followers, share their deep and vast knowledge of the city, and reiterate that Elliman is the only choice to make when it comes to real estate.
